Teacher’s professional competence development, using information technologies is characterized by the orientation towards flexible change of activity profile and content owing to the change of technologies or market requirements, possibilities to provide trainees with thorough knowledge, eligible for the general and professional culture, rapid adaptation to new specialties and specializations, fleeting nature of training process, providing equality of roles and functions of all the components of instruction system.
