Inthisstudyeffectoflong-termapple-treecultivationandculturalpracticesasfertilizationandirrigationperformedintheorchardafterreplantationonthelevelofindole-3-aceticacid(IAA),totalorganiccarbon(TOC),hotwaterextractableorganiccarbon(CHWE),totalnitrogen(N-total),ammonium(N-NH4+)andnitrate(N-NO3ndash;)ionsinthesoilwasinvestigated.Intheexperiment,threeirrigationandthreefertilizationlevelswereused.TheamountsofIAA,TOC,CHWE,N-total,N-NH4+andN-NO3ndash;insoilalmostalwaysdependedonthesamplingperiod.Betweenfertilizedandirrigatedcombinationsoriginatingfromapple-treeorchardafterreplantationandNowinatherehavenotbeenconfirmeddifferencesinthecontentsofindole-3-aceticacid,hotwaterextractableorganiccarbon,N-totalandammoniumions.Plantcultivationformanyyearsonthesamesitehasnothadanegativeeffectontheconcentrationsoftheseparametersintheorchard.Furthermore,theconcentrationoftotalorganiccarbonandyieldofapple-treecultivatedafterreplantationwassignificantlylower,incomparisonwithlocalityafterpreviousagriculturaluse(Nowina).Thedifferenceshavebeendemonstratedintheamountoftotalorganiccarbon,hotwaterextractableorganiccarbon,N-totalandpHamongfertilizedcombinationsofsoilintheapple-treeorchardafterreplantation.Moreover,differentlevelsoffertilizerhadnosignificanteffectonthecontentofindole-3-aceticacid,ammoniumandnitrateionsinthesoilandyieldoffruits.Theappliedirrigationlevels(-0.03MPa,-0.01MPa)exertansignificantimpactonthedecreaseofindole-3-aceticacid,hotwaterextractableorganiccarbon,ammoniumandnitrateionsinthesoilandyieldoffruitsinreplantedorchard.
