摘要

In this study, A finite element model has been proposed for U section beams which represents minor axis bending. After than mesh size effect on load carrying capacity of steel U section beams has been investigated. The first part of this study based on to verify the experimental study which obtained from literature. Material models and stages of modelling explained respectively.
