Management activity of any enterprise in modern conditions is impossible withoutstrategic planning and the formation of its development strategy. Strategic planning is a specialkind of practical activity of people. Planned work, which includes direct development ofstrategic decisions. Аs well as the advancement of such goals and strategies of behavior of therespective control objects, the implementation of which will ensure their effective functioningin the long term, rapid adaptation to changing environmental conditions. Development strategyis the result of the development of the strategic plan and forms the main long-term developmentgoal, to achieve which will apply to certain activities in the enterprise.
