The study was conducted at the nursery of Malta Station/ Duhok. Kurdistan region-Iraq, on almond ( Prunus Amygdalus) seedlings were sprayed two times during the season 2011 with four levels of ascorbic acid (0, 500, 1000 and 1500 mg.l-1) by using Vitamin C (20 %), and three levels of Zn (0, 15 and 30 mg.l-1) in the form ZnSO4.7H2O, and three levels of seaweed extract (0,1000 and 2000 mg.l-1) by using (sea force), and three levels of Biofertilizer (EM1) (0, 500 and 1000 mg.l-1) to study the effect of ascorbic acid , Zn, seaweed extract (sea force) and Biofertilizer (EM1) on vegetative and root growth of two year old of almonds seedlings, the seedlings were left under nursery conditions till 1 October,2011. Results indicate that foliar application of ascorbic acid at 500 mg.l-1increase significantly primary root length, increasing ascorbic acid to 1000mg.l-1increased plant length, while the foliar application of Zn on 15 and 30 mg.l-1increased significantly chlorophyll %, the application the sea force on 2000mg.l-1increased leaf area average. The application the EM1 on 500mg.l-1increased the lateral shoot average and the increasing the EM1 to 1000mg.l-1increasing significantly leave number , stem diameter, lateral shoot number, leaves dry weight %, shoot dry weight % and root dry weight % when compared with control.
