Regional transition of Agriculture Economic, with emphasis on Rasht - Bandar Anzali free trade Zone Economic Development Strategy in Guilan Province

Globalization sparks flamed in countries economy after the World War II. Three important factors were more effective than others for this universal integrity: first - changes in governments' policies, second - innovation in communications and transportation, and third - changing organizational strategies of single investors. Among them, two last factors provided necessary power for this universal integrity. Of course, government's non-intervention in economic affairs is not a dominant principle in international trade. Governments' policies regarding to international trade and capital flows could accelerate or slow down and even reverse universal integrity development. In this regard, establishment of free trade zones provides opportunity for legal removal of traditional trade obstacles and by using of obtained commercial, industrial, and facilitative opportunities throughout constancy and security creation, Guilan province could move towards economic development and exploitation of new opportunities and advantages. These zones in country and Guilan province with an extrovert approach to national economy materialize industrial development strategy (export development). Recognition of relative advantages and potential abilities of Guilan province and discovery of new advantages provides an opportunity so that Rasht-Bandar Anzali free trade zone could play an export platform role in the development of Guilan province . Challenges against this zone are mostly organizational, managerial, financial, and legal challenges. Removal of these challenges will be possible by choosing good policy and relying on powerful management and administrative, financial, and legal systems treatments in this zone.
