The high generation rate of medicalwaste is a proof that medical waste management isproblematic. Base on a case study undertaken atdifferent health institutes. This research looks in tothe various issues in the field of medical wastemanagement. The research explores the staff’sperception towards the medical waste management.The study aims to examine the knowledge level andattitude and role of health care workers towards themedical waste management.Here we study quality index and environmental indexof two health care centres one is private hospital andanother one is government hospital and comparethese two indexes in respect to each other byquestionnaire survey.To produce a more environmental friendly services,the customers, and environmental criteria must betaken into account during the decision makingprocess, and the Green Quality Function Deployment(G-QFD) provides a very useful methodology to fulfillthis objective.
