Drowsiness of driver is one of the causes foraccidents. Here is proposal for drowsiness detection and alertusing mobile phones. In this system driver has to wear USBEEG headset which is connected to mobile device. EEG willcapture live brain signals and send to mobile device. Mobiledevice has a application installed in it which classifies theselive signals and capture sleep /drowsiness related signals. Also,if mobile device finds a drowsiness signals it will activate alertin it this enables the driver to wake up or be alert. Thisproposal involves development of mobile application whichclassifies the live sleep signals from brain and activates thealert in it.
