摘要

N-doped TiO2 photoelectrodes were grown in situ on titanium sheet by micro-plasma oxidationmethod in electrolyte with (NH4)2SO4 and NH3H2O using as nitrogen sources, respectively. Thephotoelectric performance of the TiO2 photoelectrode was studied by means of electrochemicalimpedance spectroscopy and I-V curves. The result shows that N-doping TiO2 photoelectrode exhibitshigher photoelectric performance than that of the pure TiO2 photoelectrode. This property can beattributed to the synergetic effects of absorption in the visible-light region, red shift in adsorption edgeand lower resistance of the N-doped TiO2 photoelectrode.
