摘要

This research studied the behavior of NiCrFeNbMoTiAl metallic coating under corrosive attack bymolten salts 80% Na2SO4 20%V2O5 and 80%K2SO4 20%V2O5 deposited by non-transfer arcplasma-assisted thermal spraying (APS) at a temperature of 700C. Corrosion rate were determinedby means of linear polarization resistance (LPR), electrochemical techniques, and electrochemicalimpedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results obtained showed a high severity of attack from the80%Na2SO4 20%V2O5 mixture. Nyquist plots show a trend that the load transfer mechanism was thepredominant factor in the process activation.
