The aim of this study was to determine metal ions (bismuth(III), cadmium(II) and lead(II)) usingdifferential pulse voltammetry in the sample of Sosedka pegmatite. Primarily, we characterized rockcomposition using electron microscopy. Further, metal ions were also determined using differentialpulse voltammetry at hanging drop mercury electrode (HMDE). To determined total content of metalions, we optimized the experimental conditions of a sample preparation as time of digestion (50 min.),amount of the sample (10 mg) and volume of digestion mixture (500 l). In rock samples, bismuth wasthe most represented then it was also determined lead and a small amount of cadmium.
