Customized E-Learning System for Niger Delta Universities

摘要

The quest for knowledge is increasing in an alarming gradient; including the use of digital technology. Nigeria is not left behind in this search for knowledge that is why every year JAMB (Joint Admission Matriculation Board) records thousands of application to sit for the examination into the Higher Institutions in Nigeria. The question on how we can make learning more interesting and flexible in this part of the world gave birth to this system; and the fact that almost all the higher institutions in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria have their individual websites; and there is no existing e-learning system in this region. This paper focuses on providing a customized e-learning system that offer a dynamic learning experience for students in the Niger Delta Universities
