摘要

An experiment was conducted to study the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers onplant height, plant spread and flower diameter of Gaillardia (Gaillardia pulchella). In Gaillardia theplant maximum height was recorded in the plot treated with 100 per cent recommended dose of NPK+ press mud at 10 tones ha-1followed by 75 per cent recommended dose of NPK + press mud at 10 tha-1at 45 days and 75 per cent recommended dose of NPK + press mud at 5 tones ha-1at 15, 30 and60 days. Highest plant spread was obtained at 30 and 45 days after planting in the treatments whichinvolved 100 per cent recommended dose of NPK + press mud at 10 t ha-1and at 60 days nosignificant differences were recorded.
