The molding (1) has an organic and/or inorganic plant fertilizer or plant fertilizer mixture distributed in a biodegradable plastic i.e. polyhydroxybutyrate. The fertilizer is provided in the form of flour or powder. Weight proportion of the plant fertilizer is equal to 0.1 percent of weight proportion of the plastic. A biodegradable or natural filler material is added and selected from a group consisting of wood flour, peat flour and rock meal. A side wall (2) and/or a base have varying thickness. The organic plant fertilizer is selected from a group consisting of dried blood, fish flour, bone flour, horn flour and urea. An independent claim is also included for a plastic material for producing a plastic molding.
