Transp ort Cont rol Proto col (TCP) is the dominant protocol in mo dern co mmunica tion net work s, in which the i ssues of relia bility, flo w, a nd congestion co ntro l must b e ha ndled efficiently. In t his review pa per an a nalytical swit ching is used to explo it the huge b and widt h of opti cal fibers fo r fut ure high sp eed internet backbone. It carries multipl e pa ckets, in their turn. Different agg rega tion schemes have been considered and evalua ted.TCP performance greatly dep end s on the TCP co ngestion window behavi or that i s rel ated to lo ss event s occurri ng in the op tical burst swi tched network, there is a sp ecia l term called traffic shapi ng b y which we co ntro l over the network accord ing to t he netwo rk l oad .that means we increase o r decrea se t he send rat e accord ing t o the net work demand .
