Del dicho al hecho: el derecho a la salud en Río Negro, Argentina

In this paper we analyze the distancebetween the actual health plan of RioNegro province, Argentina, the frameworkof opportunities and resources provided bythe State, and care activities carried out ina Health Center in the city of San Carlosde Bariloche from a rights-based approach.We established a dialogue between theprovincial health plan and the perceptionsof the center’s staff that emerged fromin-depth interviews, observations and focusgroups, analyzing indicators of structureand process.
