La sede administrativa del Commerzbank AG se ha dispuesto en un edificio de planta rectangular, constituido por doce plantas elevadas, baja y sótano de aparcamiento. La baja se dejó lo más diáfana posible para permitir el acceso de vehículos hasta las taquillas: autobanco. En las plantas superiores se han distribuido oficinas. Se empleó hormigón en la totalidad de la estructura, formada por vigas, apoyadas sobre filas de pilares, que a su vez transmiten las cargas a los tres únicos soportes de la planta baja. La fachada se ha realizado a base de paneles que llevan incorporadas las ventanas y están compuestos por dos láminas de aluminio y relleno de aislante alveolar, con un dispositivo de protección solar en su parte interior, que consiste en unas láminas reflectantes de plástico. El edificio está unido al centro administrativo principal, situado al otro lado de la calle, mediante un paso elevado suspendido, con cables de acero, de la torre que se ha creado con este fin en un lateral del nuevo bloque, la cual alberga, al mismo tiempo, al núcleo de comunicación vertical y a las instalaciones técnicas de aireación.↓The administrative centre of the Commerzbank AG is located in a building of rectangular plan, which consists of twelve stories, ground floor and underground for parking. The building is joined with tlie main administrative centre on the other side of the street by means of a suspended crossing, with steel cables, from the tower which was built for this purpose on one side of the new block and which shelters at the same time the centre of the vertical communication as well as the technical installations for ventilation.
