An efficient method of constructing parallel computing environment on a cluster for large-scale simulations in systems neuroscience

We designed and tested a few variants of Bongwoori in the transmembrane segment of the VSD to disrupt the dimerization of the VSD. Improving our ability to control this dimerization will lead to better Forster Resonance Energy Transfer GEVIs for in vivo imaging.
