Lady Windermere syndrome was first described in 1992 [1,2]. Itis characterized that female patient without apparent predisposingpulmonary disease had habit of voluntary suppression of coughwhich induce to unable to clear the secretions, always caused bynon-tuberculosis mycobacterium (NTM), from the right middleand left lingual lobe of lung. Sj?gren’s syndrome is a chronicautoimmune disease with exocrinopathy, which could inducesevere dryness of airway mucosa to exacerbate inability to clean-out pathogen or inflammatory secretions.
