We read with great interest the manuscript published byNakamae et al. [1] titled “Risk factors for cement looseningafter vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral fracturewith intravertebral cleft: a retrospective analysis.” Theauthors have done a well conducted study to identify riskfactors of cement loosening following Vertebroplasty.
