Review: Annals of Medicine and Surgery; Manuscript AMS-D-17-00156Endovascular laser treatment of incompetent saphenous veins usingthe 1470nm diode laser and radial fibre.This single centre case series describes a retrospective series170patients with C2-C4 varicose veins treated over a three year periodwith the endovenous laser ablation(EVLA) technique using the 1470nmdiode radial laser fibre combined with phlebectomies and, in 11 cases,intraoperatively sclerotherapy.
