This study is a very important analysis of treatment options invaricous disease. There is a paradigm shift in treatment away from opensurgery to interventional treatment modalities with increasing evidence. This particular study evaluates the outcome of a certain lasertreatment option. The treatment success was documented by ultrasonography and patient′s quality of life was evaluated.
