Bio fertilizer was applied to “Grand Naine” plantain, and its effect on the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of the plantain was studied. Two treatments were established: I)?Bio fertilization (BIOF); and II) Conventional fertilization (CONV) practiced by farmers.
