Intratesticular epidermoid cyst: is radiological diagnosis enough?

Intratesticular epidermoid cysts are rare solid tumorlikelesions. They constitute 1% of all testicular tumors.Major advances have been achieved during the lastdecades, shifting the management of epidermoid cyststo a more conservative approach.We present a case of a 20-year-old male who wasreferred to the urology department with a two-year historyof a gradually increasing painless right-sided scrotallump.
