摘要

Negative parity states in 20Ne and the Gamow–Teller strength distributionfor the ground-state beta decay of 20Na are calculated for thevery first time using recently developed No-Core Configuration–Interactionmodel. The approach is based on the multi-reference density functionaltheory involving isospin and angular-momentum projections. Advantagesand shortcomings of the method are briefly discussed.
