SOBRE UNA NUEVA PROPUESTA DEL PROCESO EVOLUTIVO ON A NEW PROPOSAL OF THE EVOLUTIONARY PROCESS

RESUMEN ? Se mencionan algunas debilidades de las tres principales teorías evolutivas actuales. Se hace una propuesta en la que se pretende asimilar estas debilidades. Para ello, se sugiere que el proceso evolutivo fundamentalmente tiene dos etapas: en la primera etapa, los organismos crean sus nichos ecológicos. En este período, la iniciativa selectiva es de los organismos (selección invertida). Posteriormente, el proceso puede invertirse, y será el nuevo nicho el que seleccione las variantes de los organismos que se le adaptan (selección normal). Este último proceso será posible, si la selección invertida puede inscribirse en una tendencia de cambio evolutivo más general que la propia selección invertida. Se discuten dos propuestas que se asemejan a la selección invertida aquí sugerida. ? Palabras Clave: selección, dirección selectiva, desarrollo jerárquico, creación del nicho. ? ? ABASTRACT ? I propose a theoretical framework aimed to overcome some shortcomings of the main evolutionary theories. I suggest that the evolutionary process has two fundamental phases: During the first, the organisms create their ecological niche. This is a period of inverted selection; in other words, organisms have the selection initiative. Later, a phase of normal selection is set up, and it is the new niche that selects among variant organisms (normal selection). The later is possible if the period of inverted selection can be framed in a more general trend of evolutionary change. I discuss two sceneries of inverted selection. ?
