With the development of technologies in a car, design solutions have also beenforced to evolve. If 100 years ago the design solutions were a drawing board, ruler andpencil, they have now been replaced by computer and CAD applications. Then we couldjust imagine the complexity of the design of a piece, but today we can materialize it. Newrequirements and challenges arise with the discovery of new materials and newprocessing technologies.
