摘要

?ZET Protetik di? tedavisinde yayg?n olarak kullan?lan CAD/CAM y?ntemlerine yak?n zamanda bir yenisi eklenmi?tir. ‘H?zl? Prototip üretim Teknolojileri’ olarak adland?r?lan bu sistemler ile sabit restorasyonlar?n metal altyap?lar?, fasial protezler, cerrahi model ve stentler, titanyum implantlar elde edilebilmektedir. Kay?p mum tekni?ine alternatif olan y?ntemde, üretilecek olan restorasyonun sanal g?rüntüsü cihaza aktar?lmakta ve lazer ???n? ile toz halindeki Cr-Co ala??m? üzerinde, se?ilmi? alanlar sinterlenerek, restorasyon tek a?amada, katmanlar halinde üretilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, tek di? eksikli?i nedeniyle ü? üyeli metal destekli porselen k?prü yap?m?na karar verilen vakada, restorasyonun metal altyap?s?n?n fabrikasyonu i?in kullan?lan h?zl? prototip üretim teknolojileri, ?al??ma prensibi ve fabrikasyon a?amalar? a??klanm??t?r. Anahtar kelimeler : Sabit b?lümlü protezler, h?zl? prototipleme, lazer sinterleme ABSTRACT A new technique has been recently added to CAD/CAM methods. These systems are called rapid prototyping. With these systems, metal framework of fixed partial dentures, facial prostheses, surgical models and stents, titanium implants can be obtained. In this technique which is an alternative to lost wax method, the virtual image of the restoration is transferred to the device. The laser beam is sintered the selected areas on the Cr-Co alloy powders and the restoration is produced layer by layer at single stage. In this clinical report, the technique, operating principle and fabrication process of rapid prototyping are described by fabricating the metal framework of a three unit metal supported porcelain bridge restoration which was decided to apply to the person with one teeth loss.
