Serverless Cloud Computing : A Comparison Between 'Function as a Service' Platforms

Cloud computing is moving fast and continually progressing. Beyond the microservicesarchitecture, a new paradigm appears to be evolving and complementing it. By using aserverless computing architecture, faster and more reliable developments are possible inseveral fields such as the Internet of Things, industrial or mobility applications. In this paper, aserverless computing architecture is described and, in addition, a comparison of the mostimportant "Function as a Service" platforms is given.
