D-optimal 2 × 2 × s3 × s4 saturated factorial designs

In this paper, Resolution III saturated s1×s2×s3×s4, s4≥s3≥s2≥s1≥2 factorial designs and specially the cases 22×(s-k)×s, s-k≥2, k=0,1 are studied, in order to obtain D-optimal plans.
