Successful Fibrinolytic Treatment in a Pregnant Woman with Acute Mitral Prosthetic Valve Thrombosis

Pregnant patients with mechanical prosthetic heart valves pose a great problem for medical management. The problem is even greater in a pregnant woman with mechanical valve thrombosis.
