摘要

This paper presents legal responsibilities and social obligations of those conducting policies in the health field, aiming at assessing the achievements, omissions and failures on the knowledge, planning and promotion of education of health professionals in the context of SUS, in Brazil, considering the actual production and development of human resources in health.
