World Radiocommunication Conference 2015

The United Nations International Telecommunication Union (ITU) convened the WorldRadiocommunication Conference (WRC) in Geneva from November 2 to 27 2015. The conference isheld every three to four years to revise the International Radio Regulation Treaty governing globaluse of the radio frequency spectrum and satellite orbit resources. Approximately 3,300 delegatesparticipated, representing 162 out of 193 ITU Member States, and an additional 500 personnelattended representing 130 other entities, including industry, called "Sector Members."
