CIG Visit to Nielsen Book

Many people working in libraries - especially in the bibliographic support area - will be aware of Nielsen without necessarily knowing a lot about what they do. The CIG visit gave those coming along (eight of us from various library backgrounds) an opportunity to find out much more.
