Linear maps preserving idempotent operators

Let $A$ and $B$ be some standard operator algebras on complex Banach spaces $X$ and $Y$, respectively. We give the concrete forms of linear idempotence preserving maps $Phi:Alongrightarrow B$ on finite-rank operators.
