Catalog of Books; Plus a Complete Catalog of Reserve Books

This Catalog, containing entries to book acquisitions from January 1, 1965, to September 1, 1965, at the Washington University School of Medicine Library in St. Louis, is another product of the program of applying computer technology to library procedures initiated by the Librarian, Dr. Estelle Brodman, several years ago. The Catalog completes phase one of this effort at solving "traditional record-keeping jobs," i.e., acquisitions, cataloging, serials control, and circulation. Dr. Brodman, Miss Evelyn A. Moore, Mrs. Geraldine Cohen, and other staff members who participated in this venture are to be congratulated.
