摘要

The aim of this article is to emphasize the importance of quality improvement in tourism. This research try to show the importance of service quality management for providing better service in tourism to the guests, based on guests points of view. The benefits of offering higher service quality have influence on both tourism industry and customers. The contribution of tourism in the development of economy is very significant in the development of the economy of any country. The development or the success of such an important industry is related to the quality of the service provided by the service provider. Thus the quality of the service should be regularly assessed and improvised to give the consumer/tourist a memorable and satisfying experience.
