摘要

With this study we evaluate the evolution of geotechnologies, specially remote sensing and satellite image services for monitoring of plant species as bioindicators, aiming at lower costs and greater efficiency when compared to traditional methods. Sandbank native plant species are used as bioindicators of environmental quality. Our aim is to identify specific plant species by using digital classification of satellite images.
