Forensic Anthropology is a discipline that focuses on the application of knowledge, methods and techniques of Physical or Biological Anthropology, Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology, in resolving legal cases, seeking to identify people who have lost their identity for any reason, through strategies with high scientific rigor. The development of methodologies to address the cases in Venezuela, which have substantial innovations in response to rising crime rate, diversification of modus operandi and the requirements each justice system, where forensic anthropologist lend their services to give answers to the request made by the competent authorities.
