Method for identifying units hydraulically isolated in a formau00c7u00e7o geolu00e0gica, media present legu00cdvel by computer, and apparatus for identifying hydraulically isolated units in a formau00c7u00e7o geolu00e0gica. The data of fluid based on measurements taken in the pit formation under natural conditions are used to help identify reservoir compartments.A geological model of the reservoir, including conditions of pressure and temperature, is integrated with a model of fluid provided, suitable for composition measure and data of PVT on reservoir fluid samples representative analogue.Records of the synthetic well fluid analysis (DFA) created from the model of fluid provided, can be displayed along the trajectory of the well proposal by software of geological modeling, before data collection. During an operation of the sampling of fluids of well, the effective measurements can be displayed along to records provided.If there is a correlation between the samples of fluid provided and measures, geological and fluid models are validated. However, if there is a discrepancy between the samples of fluid provided and measures, the geological model and the model of fluid need to be re examined, e.g. to identify compartments of fluids in the reservoir.A comparative analysis of the sampled fluids can be performed with samples in the same well, or in different wells in the field or region to calculate the statistical similarity of fluids, and, thus, the possible connectivity between two or more regions of the reservoir.
