WERMA has a simple and effective solution to this dilemma: A manufacturing plant realises that it needs to install a signal tower in order to warn people of equipment status changes. So far so good and the installation of such a tower is simple. Then however the user realises that in addition to the people immediately adjacent to the machine another group more distant to the machine also need to be notified. How to overcome the difficulty of laying cable over a distance, perhaps moving from one building to another?- in such cases the installation costs will far outweigh the cost of the signal towers.
