Wayne N. Aspinall Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse Modernization

Modernization of the Wayne Aspinall Federal Building and U.S. Court-house preserves historic character while transforming the landmark into one of the most energy efficient federal buildings in the country. The Design-Build approach acknowledged the federal government's goal to be carbon-neutral by 2030, and creates a "green proving ground" demonstrating how to potentially make an existing historic building perform at net-zero energy, 17 years ahead of schedule.
