If you are reading this at the Forum in Nashville: Welcome! We're glad you could join us. This year's theme, The Rhythm of Change, is very timely. Who among us has not been touched, both professionally and personally, by the economic downturn that has plagued us now for more than a year? Indeed, at many levels, things do not seem to be improving. Business remains stagnant, so companies continue to fail, throwing more people out of work and adversely affecting the transportation industry.
