WHILE THE PEAK OF THE global population-from around 6.9-billion in early 2011 to possibly as many as 10-billion by mid-century or earlier- and subsequent decline will be profound, chaotic, disruptive, and could herald a truly different age, the legacy of four global revolutions will determine which societies prosper, survive, or perish during the 21st Century.
