On August 3, 2021, the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime (Warren, MI)awarded Oshkosh Defense LLC (Oshkosh, WI) a maximum $52,865,600 firm-fixed-price contract (SPRDL1-21-C-0058) for Palletized Load System diesel engines with containers. This was a sole-source acquisition usingjustification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition regulation 6.302-1. This is a 30-monthcontract with no option periods. Location of performance is Wisconsin, with a January 20, 2023, performancecompletion date. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2021 Army working capital funds.
