Debut Services Limited is a joint venture between Bovis Lend Lease and Babcock Support Services working in collaboration with Defence Estates. In December 2002, Debut were appointed by Defence Estates as the Prime Contractor for the first phase of the Ministry of Defence Single Living Accommodation Modernisation project, known as Project SLAM. Debut then went on to be awarded the second phase in January 2007. Project SLAM is one of the largest new build and refurbishment projects in the UK, worth in excess of f lbn over 10 years.rnSLAM is a tri-service project delivering modern, high quality Single Living Accommodation (SLA) for our armed forces personnel across Great Britain, with projects located from North East Scotland to Cornwatt, and West Wales to The Wash.
