The People, Pay and Pensions Agency (PPPA) is at the heart of the Ministry of Defence's relations with its civilian employees and their managers - both military and civilian. It was created as part of the People Programme to help achieve the aim of improving the contribution of civilian staff to defence. Our services reflect the department's distinctive environment and requirements, and the range and complexity of MoD operations and staff.
