Getting with the programme

The Defence Training Review has shifted focus towards a more integrated, effective tri-service system in all aspects of military training, from combat to personnel administration. In order to perform at the optimum level, service personnel need to be trained at the highest standard, but - on top of this - the internal organisation of said training must also be straightforward and well organised in order to ensure a smooth execution of the tuition itself.
