India-Pakistan parleys are making no real headway or making too small a headway for all the efforts put in and the overflowing goodwill of all the people on both sides. And the third round of the composite dialogue which began two years ago now risks the danger of petering out for want of meaningful inputs on the part of India to make it a real success. The foreign minister of Pakistan Khurshid Kasuri says that the India-Pakistan ties can deteriorate suddenly as they had in the past and led to wars.
