Global Tyranny and the Way Out

Water seeks its own level, so does geo-political strain and imbalance. The G-8 sensibility which reflects that the privileged and overly industrialized prosperous nations have the inherent right to steer world's economy, received an ironic set-back when the Kremlin's one time KGB man - Putin - had the honour of hosting the G-8 conference at St. Petersburg. The CIA and KGB symbolized classic rivalry reminiscent of snake vs mongoose. The mighty Soviet Union was the loser. It did collapse but was never buried. It is rising once again out of the debris and is playing a formidable role in shaping the new global order.
